Our Story

Hey Biddys, let us introduce ourselves!


Back in 2023 Aaron and I took a chance and opened a food truck in              the Fox Valley, and boy did it take off!  

We were the first in the valley to Bring Nashville Hot chicken done right, and needless to say people loved it!

Aaron always dreamt of owning his own restaurant and now we have finally arrived!


We build all this from the bottom up, designing our logo, hand crafting all our homemade recipes and taking one big leap of faith.


We spend the last 3 years meeting a lot of our now amazing Biddy Followers, and we are ready to be open year around and bring more heat to the Valley!
